WHO BEARS THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR A RETURN?

The shipping costs for the return are to be borne by the buyer. To make it as easy as possible for you, we will deduct €4.90 for the shipping costs from the refund amount.

You can easily request your return via the following link, if you ordered within Germany, and you will receive your shipping label directly to send your return.

Returns from abroad

 

The shipping costs for the return are to be borne by the buyer. The returns portal only works for purchases within Germany, so we ask you to frank your package yourself and send it to the following address:

Every return not only means additional work for you and us, but unfortunately also burdens our environment. Therefore, we ask you to choose items carefully.

On our product pages you will find all important information about our clothing and we strive to clearly highlight all important features of the product. It is important to us that you are happy with our products. However, if you don't like a product, you can return it to us without any problems - within 14 days - after receiving your order.

 

1. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, excluding the delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal and your return has reached us.
